Business Development Manager

Develop and execute building targeting roadmaps, engage with properties at every stage of our clients network installation, and collaborate with stellar delivery, sales, and marketing teams. You'll also be the face of our client to Owners Corporations and Building Management, driving awareness and customer acquisition while boosting brand reputation.

INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversee the marketing and sales relationship for buildings entering and already on our clients network.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Manage individual relationships with building Owners Corporations, Committees, and Building Managers.
  • Engage buildings in your portfolio on partner programs to drive penetration per building, utilising in-building marketing materials, kiosks, and lifecycle management.
  • Attend relevant industry networking events to build strong relationships and expand your professional network.
  • Oversee in-building field sales and marketing activities, ensuring a coordinated approach across all prospect and customer touchpoints.
  • Drive ongoing activities post on-air to continually increase the networks penetration levels in each building.
  • Track in-building activities and provide management reports on the status of individual buildings.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Proven sales and account management experience in telco. 
    Real estate or building management industry experience is also desirable.
  • Strong client focus with a commitment to delivering on business KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercially savvy and personable, with the ability to build positive and profitable relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a practical, solution-centric mindset.
  • Experience contributing to business proposals and actively participating as a team member.
  • Self-motivated and enterprising, with a solid background in business development.
  • Ability to provide insightful and actionable reporting to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
