The role is to be part of the Connectivity Operations team who are continually shaping and developing how we facilitate and support the network/customer server requirements for our services.
The role will primarily focus on supporting this infrastructure and building on our record of customer service excellence.
What you’ll do:
- Tuesday to Saturday role
- Rostered hours 7am, 10am and 1pm starts
- Work a hybrid role based at a datacenter and on client site doing field/project work
- Supporting service products and offerings.
- Configuration management/ asset management and records maintenance.
- Plan, Build and Implement networks both on site and remotely
- Assisting and supporting business initiatives in an agile manner.
- Increase predictive monitoring
You will have experience in:
- Experienced in project delivery.
- Experience working at a Datacenter/Field experience
- You must be Citizen or PR
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Service orientated background.
- Mid-level knowledge Linux based operating systems.
Desirable skills:
- CCNA/CCNP/CCIE
- Knowledge of Gartner top quadrant networking technologies
- Understanding of Security in Networking.
- Experience in Service Provider solutions.
- Knowledge and support of operating systems
- Understanding of routing protocols such as BGP, OSFP
- Experience with Multicast and trading platforms.
- A strong passion for Automation and repeatable processes.
