Salesforce Administrator

Wanting an opportunity to do meaningful work?  We are seeking a certified Salesforce Administrator to work within the Marketing/Fundraising Department of an established large Australian children's charity based in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. 

  • Up to $110,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (pending on experience)

Key Experience:

  • Salesforce Administrator ADM201 completion or equivalent.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience of Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability translate data and present back insights to the team.
  • Experience managing access and permissions in Systems for users, roles, and security groups.
  • Capability to work across multiple, concurrent, small projects.
  • Superior analytical, communication and technical documentation skills.
  • Growth mindset with proven track record of knowing new tools quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise activities.
  • Experience with vendor management.
  • PowerBI experience is desirable.


  • Experience in the Not for Profit (NFP) sector. 
  • Exposure to Agile project delivery and tools would be helpful.
  • Exposure or experience using Ortto or other marketing automation tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience within Payment gateways such as Ezidebit, Stripe & Square.
  • Experience working within a Fundraising environment would be highly desirable.
  • Experience in integrating third-party data suppliers into the Salesforce system.
  • Experience with automating data workflows using tools such as Zapier and Demand Tools
