- Rate: Dependant on experience.
- Location: Maquaire park office 2-3 days a week & WFH. Required in the office as per bussiness needs. (Some travel to other Sydney office may be required on occasion)
- Must have: Clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
Your responsibilities:
- Take charge of coordinating all testing activities throughout the SAP S/4HANA implementation program.
- Be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules in alignment with project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with Test manager, project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure testing objectives are met.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and documentation of test cases and scenarios aimed at validating system functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring the timely resolution of issues identified during testing phases.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels to report testing progress, issues, and risks to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead efforts to optimize testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to testing team members, ensuring adherence to testing standards and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate project team members on testing processes and procedures.
Required experience for this role:
- Knowledge and experience with SAP S4/HANA IS A MUST!
- Experience in SAP testing coordination, implementation, and testing methodologies.
- Proficient with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP Quality Center).
- Skilled in using office tools such as Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Self-starter with high personal drive and a positive attitude.
- Advanced skills in documentation and reporting.
