About the Role:
- Environment Configuration: Configure client environments, including workflows, UI components, and product features, ensuring alignment with client and company objectives.
- System Management & Enhancement: Maintain and enhance the ecosystem, including loan applications, omnichannel workflows, policy and decisioning rules, product engines, serviceability, user management, and alerts.
- Technical Insight: Understand data models, API-led configurations, and system-wide data relationships. Ability to read expressions, but coding is not required (C# experience is advantageous).
- Testing & Triage: Test configurations in the UI layer for production releases and bug fixes, and triage customer-raised issues. Work with Level 3 support to resolve setup-related issues and assist with JIRA ticket documentation and prioritization.
- Client Support: Partner with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding, rollouts, and support. Provide guidance to customer operations, helping them maintain a highly skilled and engaged team.
- Functional Expertise: Collaborate with clients on UI design, user journeys, and workflow improvements. Identify product gaps and suggest enhancements to improve user experience.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical and functional documentation for configurations, workflows, and new product features.
- Learning & Scaling: Assist with internal tools and processes to support scaling efforts as the business grows.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze configurations and workflows across the ecosystem, recommending improvements for enhanced client outcomes.
About You:
- Bubbly, enthusiastic personality with the ability to hit the ground running and get the job done.
- 3-5 (or more) years of experience in similar positions, ideally within financial services.
- Lending processes or mortgage industry experience is highly valued.
- Functional expertise in workflow tools and their integration within broader systems.
- Technical knowledge of data models, API configurations, and system configuration.
- Experience with JIRA for ticket management and issue resolution.
- Proven experience in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle all levels of stakeholders, even the difficult ones.
- Proven ability to adapt across different projects and environments.
- Experience with SaaS products or systems administration.
- Available immediately or as soon as possible—the client is looking to hire yesterday!
