Kindly note that you are require to be based in Limerick or within a commutable distance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve Service Desk tickets.
- Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Engage in regular client communications.
- Manage daily client-specific tasks.
- Maintain and update client documentation.
- Identify and suggest process improvements and solutions.
Your Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- A 3rd-level Diploma/Degree is advantageous.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite.
- Understanding of core networking principles.
- (Desirable) Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA).
- Experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and firewalls.
- Strong communication skills.
- Client-focused mindset.
- Proactive and improvement-oriented.
- Passion for technology.
- Team-oriented and collaborative.
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
