This role supports hardware, software, networking, and manufacturing systems in a fast-paced office and shop-floor setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-person, by phone, and via email.
- Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software.
- Manage incidents and requests via EasyVista ticketing system.
- Identify and resolve recurring support issues to improve service quality.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Expertise with MS Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, and Active Directory.
- Experience troubleshooting printing, networking, and server issues.
- Knowledge of desktop imaging and deployment (e.g., SCCM).
- Background in manufacturing IT support is a plus.
