Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Senior Consultant-level engagements on Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM, Business Applications, and client strategies.
- Design and deliver D365 CRM implementations, application modernizations, and security-focused solutions.
- Collaborate with business and strategy teams to identify and unlock new sales opportunities.
- Deliver technical leadership and feedback for solution evolution.
- Support D365-focused sales initiatives, including solution development and delivery strategy.
- Provide technical training and guidance to customer technical resources.
- Conduct feasibility research on system upgrades, considering costs, time, and compatibility.
- Offer best-in-class Microsoft-focused solutions to clients across diverse industries.
- Contribute to the operation and enhancement of our client's Business Solutions practice.
- Provide ongoing support to the technical support team.
Your Skills & Expertise:
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
- Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Motivated team player with a client-focused, can-do attitude.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (role based in Galway).
- Passionate about delivering value-driven results in a collaborative environment.
- Third-level qualification required.
