No. The original assignment doesn’t have to be worked on an exclusive basis (although we do recommend it as it allows us to really focus on your role and saves you many hours), but the replacement does need to be worked by us on an exclusive basis.

Yes. We guarantee the role for the life of our company. You can use the guarantee to refill the role as many times as needed. We are here to support you. Remember, a TRC placement is for life, not just for Christmas.

Yes. The lifetime guarantee applies if the role becomes vacant for any reason. We want to place great candidates with you. We want you to promote them and keep them. The guarantee applies to these roles as well.

No. The Lifetime Guarantee applies only to the role we placed the candidate into. However, if there are multiple roles with the same specifications ask us about a discount. You never know; we’re always open to being sweet-talked.

No. The Lifetime Guarantee is something we offer to particular clients for particular roles. It’s a big commitment for us, and we reserve it for our favourite clients and those who treat our relationship as a genuine partnership. A lifetime commitment is a 2-way street. We don’t want to guarantee something we won’t be able to deliver. The Lifetime Guarantee will be agreed at the commencement of the recruitment process.

Yes. Our ideal scenario is that we place an amazing candidate with you. They work in the role for several years, and then you promote them. We then replace them under the Lifetime Guarantee with another amazing candidate. They are promoted a few years later, and we replace them again. This is repeated over many years. We see this as a win- win-win scenario for us, for you and the candidates.

Yes. If market conditions mean a role becomes redundant, then we can be there to support you on the other side when you need to regrow the team.

No. We will make every effort to refill the position, but if we cannot refill it after a reasonable amount of time and effort, we will need to admit defeat. No credit or refund will be owing. This will only occur in situations where expectations are unrealistic (e.g. salary levels too low, recruitment process too long or skill requirements not realistic) and we have submitted a number of suitable candidates with no results. We will also have consulted with you at length to discuss issues and to propose ways for us to fill the role.

Yes. We stand by our statement, we will replace the candidate as our Lifetime Guarantee promised. The guarantee is for the life of our company not the tenure of our team.
