TRC Group has recently been recognised as one of Australia's leading recommended employers by the Australian Business Awards. The Award, presented to only a handful of companies every year, recognises companies that go above and beyond to provide a stimulating and supportive workplace for their staff. The awards' stringent criteria involves a written entry alongside material evidence to demonstrate a company's approach to organisational culture, leadership and strategy, employee education, training & development, employee health & safety and satisfaction, employee recognition & remuneration, and lastly, industry contributions and achievements. 2011 big-named winners include Deloitte, ING Direct, Optus and Queensland Rail.
Entries are assessed using specific criteria via an established set of business and product award categories, benchmarking the full spectrum of organisational performance and product management to identify the industry leaders for each award category and industry classification. The awards raise the bar across all aspects of quality management and provide organisations with ways to review their business performance and identify their core strengths.
Being notified of the results of the Australian Business Awards not long after being announced as the only recruitment company who has made it to the top 10 of BRW's 50 Best Places to Work Awards, Managing Director of TRC Group, Simon Moss is very proud of the company's achievements to date.
