Sydney-based recruitment company TRC Group has rebranded as The Recruitment Company.
Managing director Simon Moss said the rebrand simplifies the company's branding and addresses changing consumer requirements. "People want to work with companies that are more friendly, more accessible, and more responsive," he said. The rebrand is one pillar of a transformation that also includes a new company website and "personality", said Moss. "We were working through how we could significantly raise the bar in terms of our industry, changing the way we interact with our customers, and this led us down the path of creating a brand that truly reflects who we really are, and what we're all about," he said.
The company, which was founded in 2000, last year divested its Singapore business in order to focus on strengthening its local operations.
