With only 2 more days to go until the TRC team head down to Melbourne for the Seek Annual Recruitment Awards (SARA) the nail biting has started. Once again in the finals for the Best Medium Sized Recruitment Agency Award will we be pipped at the post like last year or will we finally be victorious? This year we're up against some mighty and worthy opponents; M&T Resources, Halcyon Knights and Protech Group. The tuxedos and frocks are being dusted off, bow tie instructional videos are being viewed on YouTube and Geoff is even writing up a speech 'just in case'.
2016 has been a great year for The Recruitment Company's award cabinet with us winning both an Australian Business Award for our company culture and an Australian Business Award for Product Innovation following the launch of our Dashboard suite of products last year. But there is a SARA shaped gap in our trophy cabinet. Will we get to fill it this year? Stay tuned.
