Heuristics are mental shortcuts our brain uses to help us make decisions with limited information. They are critical to our survival but can lead to bias. Bias has significant impact on diversity which in turn impacts business performance.
In this module we talk about the science of bias and its impact on recruitment. We are joined by Teresa Romanovski from Careers for Purpose.
