In this 5-part video series, our CEO Geoff Millar talks to Sophie about some of the benefits of Contract Recruitment and hiring contractors instead of permanent employees.
One of the main benefits Sophie talks about is having that specialist focus. A Contract recruiters knows their market, they know their sector, they know their vertical and they would already have a pool of candidates waiting and ready to go. This means that the recruitment process is going to be a lot faster and more efficient that going to a generalist recruiter who will have to start the whole process from the very beginning. This can take up a lot of time and they will generally be restricted to a talent pool of people who are only looking at that particular point in time.
