It is said that Contract Recruiters are some of the best relationship builders.
Why?
Because it is their job to assemble and manage a mobile and remote workforce, which means they have to be able to build exceptional relationships with that workforce so that they can keep them happy and make in return make sure they are delivering good work for the client.
Other traits of great contract recruiter are:
- Good people manager
- Cares about people
- High emotional intelligence
- Great business acumen
