Role Overview
We’re looking for a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer who knows how to keep things running smoothly while always looking for ways to optimize, automate, and improve. If you enjoy bringing new ideas, streamlining cloud costs, and building dashboards that make a difference, this role is for you. This role sits in the operation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and maintain cloud environments to maximize performance.
- Assist in the management of on-premise systems to enhance overall service delivery.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
- Engage with agile teams to implement IT solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities across cloud and infrastructure systems.
- Administer security certificates, keys, and secrets for system integrity.
- Ensure compliance with risk governance processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Produce regular reports for audit and compliance reviews.
- Maintain disaster recovery systems to meet organizational requirements.
- Participate in the ITIL processes surrounding incident, problem, and change management.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline and possess:
- 2+ years of experience in cloud solutions, with a focus on security, deployment, and administration.
- 5+ years of systems administration experience, particularly in Windows environments.
- Experience with firewall administration and disaster recovery practices.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, ARM Templates, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

- Networking & Identity Access Management (IDAM)
- Integration services, dashboards, and FinOps experience
