L2 Service Desk Analyst 3 month contract - Immediate Start

My client is one of the leaders in their industry based within Financial Services.

They have a fantastic working culture which is positive and collaborative, including a hybrid working arrangement that allows for a split office and home working through the week.

Due to an immediate requirement for IT support on BAU activities, they have a need to bring in an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Service Desk Analyst on an initial 3 month engagement. There is potential for longer term extension should the contractor impress within the role.

Key skills/experience required:

  •  A few years working in Service Desk, managing tickets, troubleshooting and progressing to L2 support. 
  • Technical skills preferred across: Windows, Entra (Azure AD), O365, basic networking, AV, Printers, AWS cloud experience a big bonus, ITIL trained very good to have.  
  • First class communication skills and an upbeat positive personality within customer service.
  • Ability to think fast under pressure, and multi-task.
  • Be available to work within North Sydney office for 50% of the week.
