About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital & Technology team. This is a functional BA role focused on partnering with business units, solution architects, and delivery teams to help shape, define, and deliver transformation programs.
You will act as the bridge between business and IT, gathering and translating business needs into actionable requirements, supporting business cases, collaborating on solution designs, and driving projects through to successful delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large transformation programs across HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and more, with exposure to multiple domains and innovative technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyse business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop functional and non-functional requirements, AS-IS/TO-BE process documentation, and functional specifications.
- Contribute to business case development and evaluation of multiple solution options.
- Support delivery teams through design, development, testing, and UAT.
- Produce standard BA artefacts including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user stories.
- Support data mapping and integration with engineering teams.
- Develop change management plans to support adoption of new solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, influencing and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Work across Agile, Waterfall, and blended methodologies.
About You
- ~10+ years’ experience (flexible) as a Business Analyst in transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, supply chain, FMCG, or B2B domains is preferable.
- BA certifications are desirable.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and challenging the status quo.
- Ideally immediately available.
- Able to interview in Macquarie Park on Monday 24/11 or Wednesday 26/11.
