What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building automated test frameworks from the ground up
- Testing complex, API-driven systems in a microservices environment
- Implementing performance testing using tools such as JMeter
- Working closely with engineers in a “you build it, you run it” DevOps culture
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release quality
- Identifying risks early and improving system reliability
- Supporting production quality and observability where required
What They’re Looking For
- 2–5 years experience in QA Automation or Software Testing
- Strong automation skills (API testing highly valued)
- Experience testing distributed or microservices architectures
- Performance testing experience (JMeter or similar)
- Comfortable working embedded within engineering teams
- A proactive mindset — someone who builds, improves, and takes ownership
Nice to have:
- Experience in payments, fintech, or high-availability systems
- Experience using ACCELQ
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
