- Provide client support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure development meets acceptance criteria

- Support the Product Owner in planning release cycles to meet MVP and overall delivery timelines
- Redesign business processes using modern principles
- Prepare materials and deliver training and support to end users following implementation
- Conduct demonstrations of completed enhancements internally and for sponsoring clients
Required Experience:

- Ability to present to clients, challenge where required, and engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Jira and Confluence
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments
