We’re hiring multiple Junior to Mid-Level candidates to join a professional services organisation based in Sydney CBD. These roles suit self-starters with a strong “can do” attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into user stories and solutions
- Support and improve workflows, processes, and systems, including documenting and mapping end-to-end processes
- Work across low-code platforms, SaaS tools, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance ways of working
- Contribute to a broad range of ad hoc tasks across the function
- Create and improve onboarding and process documentation, while advocating for client and user needs
- Configure SaaS platforms, including logic and light scripting, to meet business and client needs
- Run workshops, onboard users, and deliver training to drive adoption
- Manage UAT, support release cycles, and liaise with developers and testers
- Act as a subject matter expert across systems, workflows, and platform capabilities
Key Requirements
- Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and organisational skills
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable learning new tools quickly
- Comfortable working in lean, ambiguous environments with minimal structure
- Experience implementing or configuring software solutions within SaaS or low-code environments
- Understanding of integrations (e.g. APIs) and exposure to basic scripting or logic
- Familiarity with financial mathematics, statistical concepts, or languages such as C#
Ideal Background
- 1 - 5 years’ experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Process/Change Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Customer Success, or tech-enabled operations
- Experience in Professional Services such as banking, financial services, legal, tech companies or other regulated environments
- Exposure to low-code platforms, AI tools, SaaS products or workflow/process improvement initiatives
- Recent graduates in Commerce, Law, or Communications with relevant above work experience could be advantageous (not required)
