In this exciting role as a Network Engineer, you will become a pivotal member of our client’s Network Services team, where your expertise will shape cutting-edge network and security solutions for a diverse roster of IT and OT customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating, designing, and implementing innovative network technologies, ensuring that solutions are tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
- Acting as a Technical Lead on network transformation projects, where your insights will guide both project and operational engineers on best practices.
- Conducting technical consultations with customers, focusing on delivering solutions that meet their distinct needs and expectations.
- Facilitating workshops aimed at discovering and gathering requirements from clients to inform project scope.
- Assessing network security architectures against industry standards, providing recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
- Mentoring junior engineers through our internship and graduate programs, fostering their growth and development in the field.
What We're Looking For

- Proven experience running workshops and crafting detailed design and implementation plans.
- A strong interest in emerging technologies and industry trends that will contribute to innovative solutions.
- Ability to assess network security architectures, designs, and configurations against industry best practices and make recommendations.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Cisco ISE, WLC, SD-WAN, Routers, Switches, NGFW, Web Filtering, VPN, NAC, 802.1x, EVPN, VXLAN and complex routing protocols.
- 5+ years of experience in the networking field along with a robust IT background of 10+ years.
- Highly regarded qualifications: vendor certifications (like CCNA, CCNP), TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP, and degrees in IT or Computer Science.
