Your Opportunity

Your Responsibilities
Responsibility in this role includes but is not limited to:
- Designing and deploying robust network and security infrastructure.
- Monitoring network health while focusing on service minimization and optimization.
- Managing the network and security infrastructure, ensuring effective configuration and administration, and resolving incidents and service requests.
- Ensuring that security controls, policies, and procedures are effectively operating.
- Enforcing ITIL-aligned incident, request fulfillment, problem, and change management processes for customer networks.
- Building strong professional relationships internally and externally.
- Collaborating both independently and within diverse teams to adapt to evolving business needs.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and security.
- Proven network experience across cloud and on-premise environments, proficient in the design, implementation, and support of network infrastructure.
- Solid experience working with AWS network services and security technologies.
- Hands-on automation experience with IaC technologies such as Python, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
- Strong understanding of network security practices, SIEM, SASE solutions, and expertise with vendors like Cisco and Palo Alto.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC2.
- Knowledge of basic cryptography and common network protocols.
- Experience implementing, supporting, and maintaining firewalls.
- Familiarity with cloud security architectures, including encryption and authentication protocols.
