About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and analytical IT Operations Analyst to support and enhance our IT service management (ITSM) function. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and improving service delivery across incident, problem, change, and knowledge management processes.

As part of a collaborative and agile tech environment, you’ll help drive insights and governance by working directly with our AI-enabled ITSM platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in service operations or IT support who’s ready to step into a role with broader ownership and visibility across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting day-to-day IT operations across incident, problem, change, and request management.

  • Extracting, analysing, and visualising service management data to improve reporting, governance, and user experience.

  • Building dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.

  • Coordinating meetings, capturing actions, and working cross-functionally to support ITSM processes.

  • Helping to uplift service documentation standards and improve our data-driven decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with raw data sets and reporting platforms.

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices (certification in ITIL v3 or v4 highly regarded).

  • A natural problem-solver who enjoys working with stakeholders to improve service outcomes.

  • Background in IT operations, service desk, or technical coordination roles is advantageous.
