This is a Principal Engineer role where you won’t just “support” data science teams or productionise someone else’s model.
You’ll lead the design, architecture, and delivery of AI systems that actually make it into the hands of users. From strategy to shipped product, this is your chance to shape how AI is done at scale inside a highly respected organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with 8–10+ years of software engineering experience and 4+ years building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
You’ll own the architecture and engineering strategy across major AI initiatives — from GenAI and LLM integration to building scalable platforms using MLOps best practices.
You know how to take a model from Jupyter notebook to fully monitored, fault-tolerant production system. You’re comfortable working with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and mentoring teams on engineering excellence, clean code, and automation.
You’ll be the go-to expert on everything from model governance and bias mitigation to infrastructure and deployment patterns. Big scope, real impact.
