I'm working with a purpose-driven organisation that’s undergoing a major uplift across their sales and customer experience technology stack. They’re looking for a Product Owner to lead the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, replacing Salesforce and embedding the platform into their internal sales environment.

The Opportunity
You’ll report into the Head of Technology and play a critical role in shaping and delivering the roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, with a key focus on leading the transition away from Salesforce. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, CX, operations and technology teams to ensure the platform is tailored for internal use and driving real business outcomes.
This is a highly collaborative, strategic role with a hands-on focus. Perfect for someone who’s confident challenging assumptions, managing stakeholders, and driving adoption of Dynamics across a national sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and strategy across sales, marketing, digital, and customer service tech streams
- Drive end-to-end delivery using Agile/Lean methodologies, writing epics, prioritising backlogs, and leading delivery from idea through to launch
- Own the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring a smooth and value-driven transition from Salesforce
- Work with internal business stakeholders to balance needs and deliver the highest value outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across traditional and digital platforms
- Manage relationships with vendors and delivery partners, keeping budget and outcomes on track
- Stay across emerging tech and market trends to guide long-term roadmap planning
- Ensure alignment with internal risk, security, and compliance requirements
- Promote a delivery-focused, customer-first product culture across squads and stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
- 6+ years’ Product Owner experience, with financial services experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including full end-to-end implementation and ideally previously replacing Salesforce
- Experience working within lending, mortgage, or asset finance environments is highly regarded
- Ability to translate business goals into a clear, strategic product roadmap with measurable outcomes
- Practical experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Lean), with a focus on writing user stories and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable working with technical and non-technical audiences
- Commercially minded, with the ability to balance priorities, manage risk, and support long-term business value
- Proven experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
