Jira Service Management Implementation Consultant 3 month contract

My client is a well-established and fast-growing financial services organisation, recognised for their innovative approach, customer-centric mindset, and commitment to digital transformation. With a dynamic and collaborative culture that values accountability and initiative, they are embarking on a key program to implement Jira Service Management to strengthen their service operations and enhance business efficiency.

As part of this initiative, they are seeking an experienced Jira Service Management Implementation Consultant to join on an initial 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension beyond. The role is available for an immediate start.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Proven experience successfully implementing Jira Service Management (end-to-end) within financial services or similarly complex business environments.

  • Strong background as a Software or Systems Specialist, ideally combined with Business Analyst capability to gather requirements and guide stakeholders through key design and process decisions.

  • Ability to provide hands-on configuration expertise across workflows, automation, integrations, and reporting – ensuring the platform meets business and operational needs.

  • Solid understanding of ITSM principles and how they apply to a fast-moving, customer-focused organisation.

  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of driving progress independently under aggressive timeframes.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills – confident working across both business and technology teams.

  • Self-starter with the drive and determination to deliver outcomes and make things happen.
