Due to continued project growth, we're looking to speak with Appian Developers across all experience levels — from developers looking to build their Appian career through to experienced Senior and Lead Consultants who enjoy working directly with enterprise customers.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded Appian consultancy delivering large-scale transformation projects for some of Australia's leading organisations. You'll work alongside experienced Appian specialists, solution architects and delivery leaders on projects that genuinely impact how businesses operate.
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include:
Designing and developing Appian applications and business process solutions
Working with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
Building integrations with third-party platforms and enterprise systems
Creating data models, workflows and automation solutions
Participating in solution design and technical architecture discussions
Conducting testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities
Presenting demos and collaborating with customers throughout delivery
Contributing to Agile ceremonies and project planning activities
Supporting production releases and ongoing platform enhancements
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to technical best practices
Experience developing enterprise applications using Appian or other low-code/workflow platforms
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience working within Agile delivery environments
A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering quality solutions
Commercial Appian development experience
Appian certifications
Experience with Java, .NET or other object-oriented technologies
Exposure to SQL and relational databases
Integration experience with enterprise platforms and APIs
Experience leading teams or technical delivery (for senior candidates)
