About the Role

This is a newly created opportunity for a Change Analyst to join a business undergoing significant transformation across business, organisational, digital and technology initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Change & Engagement, you’ll work across multiple projects in a lean, collaborative environment, helping build and mature the organisation’s change management capability. With a significant 12-36 month transformation roadmap, you’ll have genuine ownership and autonomy across business transformation, organisational change, process improvement, digital transformation, technology change and broader strategic initiatives.

The organisation is still relatively early in its formal change maturity, so this role suits someone who takes a practical and pragmatic approach to change, rather than relying heavily on rigid frameworks. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, marketing / communications, technology teams, business analysts and product owners to ensure people are informed, engaged and ready for change.

Some initiatives operate without dedicated project managers, so you’ll also play an important role in coordinating stakeholders, facilitating meetings and helping keep initiatives moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver practical change strategies across business, organisational, digital and technology initiatives.
Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments and readiness activities.
Develop engagement plans and coordinate stakeholder communications.
Coordinate training, guidance materials and business change champions to support adoption.
Identify and manage change risks, resistance, stakeholder concerns and capacity challenges.
Monitor stakeholder sentiment, readiness and adoption using data, metrics and feedback.
Support business, operational, digital and technology changes across commercial areas.
Manage change activities alongside project timelines and delivery milestones.
Facilitate meetings, coordinate stakeholders and keep change activities moving forward.
Work across multiple projects and continuously improve change management practices.

Essential Experience

Around 4-5 years’ experience working across project environments.
Demonstrated experience delivering business, organisational, digital and/or technology change.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
Practical understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
Experience across communications, training and adoption activities.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Experience working across Agile, project or transformation environments.
Self-starter who can work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and take ownership.
Collaborative, adaptable and stakeholder-focused approach.

Desirable Experience

Financial services, asset finance or other regulated industry experience.
Fleet management, novated leasing or automotive experience.
Business process improvement, operating model or broader organisational change.
Experience across commercial, operational and strategic transformation.
Experience developing stakeholder communications and engagement strategies.
Experience working in lean environments with less segmented responsibilities.
Prosci, ACMP or other formal change management certification.
Experience measuring adoption and change outcomes through data and stakeholder feedback.
