Unprofitable recruitment stems from blind eye to underperformance

Recruitment companies that are unprofitable often have leaders who refuse to address underperformance as soon as it happens, according to an employee engagement and performance specialist.

Today is the last day of TRC's World Cup adventure with Argentina and Honduras battling it out in the final of of our World Cup game. Both teams have their eyes on the prize (s); glory, $500 cash and a lifesize chocolate World Cup. TRC Group has sold the Singapore arm of its business to the Australian based group Andersen Partnership. TRC Group has operated in Singapore since 2009 but following a refocus of the business on the Australian domestic market the decision was made to sell the international operations.

Wednesday February 5th marked an important day for TRC Group as we held our Annual General Meeting.

This year we opted to host the meeting with understated class at The Menzies Sydney. 2013 was a significant year in TRC history and the AGM was highly anticipated by everyone in the team as they awaited the unveiling of the plans for 2014.
