Before her amazing recruitment career, Chipo had a brief stint as a stand-up comedian. But her recruitment skills are no joke. As well as recruitment and comedy, Chipo’s ecliptic career also includes acting, with credits in some major movies, including Thor and Mad Max. But her commitment to recruitment isn’t an empty jester, it’s a career she genuinely loves.
Her recruitment skills deliver a punch. Line her up against her competitors and she’ll outperform them again and again. Give her an assignment and she’ll knock knock it out of the park. Heck, all of her candidates love her, she’s a real stand-up recruiter. Her competitors sometimes under-estimate her, but they soon find that the joke’s on them.
When Chipo told everyone she wanted to be a recruiter AND a comedian they all laughed at her. Well they’re not laughing now.
