Simon Moss, The Recruitment Company's Chairman, talks about the top three traits he looks for when hiring sales people - both for The Recruitment Company and for his clients.
The traits for both are:
- Extreme curiosity
- Accessibility
- Willingness to graft
Obviously a solid track record helps as well but these three traits displayed through the recruitment process are indicative of how the candidate will engage with their clients.
