Meet Josh, TRC resident festival fanatic, globe-trotter, and self-appointed guardian of the Sweet & Sour Chicken recipe. If you haven't tried his version yet, you're missing out. If you have, you already know.

When Josh isn't scouring the world for the next great music festival, he's scouring the market for top talent. A man of refined taste, he keeps it simple in the coffee department, a plain latte, no fuss, which is probably why he's so good at cutting through the noise in recruitment. No unnecessary froth here.

A die-hard Manly Sea Eagles fan since birth, Joshua brings that same unwavering loyalty to his candidates. Win or lose, he shows up. Though mostly he wins.

Three years living in London, 15+ countries across Europe and Africa, festivals in the Netherlands, and next stop Southeast Asia. Josh treats life like a boarding pass and makes sure every stamp counts. 

A Marvel, Star Wars AND Harry Potter fan (the holy trinity of geekdom), Joshua is not afraid to pick a side.  The same can't be said for his eyes though. Two different colours! He's literally one in a million, which come to think of it, is exactly what you want in a recruiter.
