The Recruitment Company's run club has now started. With just 10 weeks until the big run we had a small but enthusiastic turnout for our first run club.
After the disappointing results against Dunbar last weekend, Glebe were looking forward to getting back on track against the students who’ve had a tough year.
There would however be no room for complacency, the students only win of the season coming against league leaders, Coogee United.
So after a couple of good sessions , the squads were ready for the weekend, but on Friday afternoon, news came through from the league that Uni would be unable to field a team in first grade….disappointing, but did come just in time for to allow some of the lads to get a rare Friday night out organised!

To celebrate the end of the financial year and the end of another successful month the TRC team headed down to the Sydney Winter Festival.
It’s always a tough day when you play the most organised club in the Eastern Suburbs, and a team who have been the frontrunner over the last 10 years, but with a total of 16 players unavailable, some trepidation would have been understandable.
Yet all 3 Glebe teams entered the day with some optimism and that feeling grew with news filtering across to Hensley Athletic Field that the Glebe 3rd team had snatched a late 1-0 win against Dunbar in the 11am game. A very good result for the 3rds and a very positive start to the day.
